A platform for sustainable territorial development
Республиканская ассоциация территориального развития «KenDala» was founded to support the sustainable development of Kazakhstan's regions, introduce modern digital solutions and create new opportunities for tourism, entrepreneurship and local communities.
Mission
Technology, nature, business and communities
To bring together government bodies, business, local communities and experts for the sustainable development of Kazakhstan's regions, the preservation of natural and cultural heritage, safer travel and the adoption of modern digital solutions. The Association supports tourism, caravanning, responsible use of natural resources and regional entrepreneurship, creating new economic opportunities for the population and making Kazakhstan more attractive to domestic and international travellers.
Caravanning and road trips
Supporting infrastructure for motorhome and trailer travel — campsites, service points and routes built for long journeys.
Digital solutions and mapping
Maps, analytics and artificial intelligence applied to the industry: route navigation, work with open data about territories and presenting it in a form people can use.
Travel safety
Informing travellers about weather, seasonal and natural risks along routes, and working to make help on the road available and easy to reach.
Environmentally responsible development
Monitoring the state of territories and promoting practices under which growing tourist numbers do not come at the expense of natural and cultural heritage.

Supporting local business and community participation: access to the platform, shared experience and involving residents in developing the places where they live.
