Accessibility of the KenDala site
The first release is designed so that the main actions work on a phone and on a computer without horizontal scrolling and without depending on hover.
Navigation and structure
The header, search, news cards, forms and inner pages use explicit labels, semantic headings, breadcrumbs and clear states.
Mobile version
Grids reflow for narrow screens, critical actions stay visible, and form controls are large enough to tap.
Contrast and language
The site is available in Russian, English, Kazakh and Chinese, and the selected language is declared in the page markup. Information centre articles appear in all four — an article cannot be published without its translations. Legal documents remain in Russian.
